Deposit form

The Deposit/Submission form is a straight forward web form. Care should be taken in completing the form with particular attention to spelling accuracy. At the end of completion you will have a chance to review all the information, if there any mistakes use your browser Back button to go back to the form to correct.

Please note: all fields are compulsory with the exception of Supervisor's Email and all the Examiners fields. If you don't have information for a particular field - eg author's email; supervisor's name; etc - the convention is to use n/a.

If any of the mandatory fields are not completed you will be automatically alerted and will not be able to proceed until rectified.

The form will also automatically alert if you use html tags, or symbols such as angled brackets. The use of these compromises the metadata gathering. For more details see the Notes on using Deposit form.
